March-May 2026: Our after-hour performance of Wallace Shawn's The Fever, directed by John Wilkins, on Fridays and Saturdays at Clio's Books in Oakland is sold out, but we just added a couple of additional performances on May 1st and 2nd at midnight. These will be the final performances.

Benoît Monin is a stage actor and improviser in the San Francisco Bay Area, who has worked with Shotgun Players, Oakland Theater Project, We Players, Coastal Rep, Stanford Repertory Theater, Shelton Theater, Theater Rhinoceros, and many others. Benoît is an associate member of La Lengua Teatro en Español, and he performs improvised theater with RagTag Improv and improv duo Chatterbox. He is also the narrator in Christof Laputka's award-winning science fiction podcast The Rapscallion Agency.
Benoît was nominated in 2018 for Outstanding Performance in a Featured Role (TBA Awards), in 2019 for Best Featured Actor in a Play - Local (Broadway World SF Awards), and in 2025 for Best Ensemble in a Comedy (Bay Area Theater Critics Circle Awards).
Benoît received his core training from BATS Improv, American Conservatory Theater (2014 Summer Training Congress), and Shakespeare & Co. (2017 Winter Intensive).
